This laptop has the Intel GMA 4500M and I own a similar unit with same GMA. There are no slots to add a card. That GMA barely runs games but does HD Video just fine. Your cheap exit here is a Xbox or 360 for gaming.

Hi, I have a Sony Vaio VGN-NW240f laptop PC and I really want to upgrade it so i can actually play some decent games on it and I don't exactly have the funds for a new laptop or desktop. I realize most laptops cant exactly be upgraded with the graphic or video cards but i was wondering if there was any specific way i could. I have access to two hard-drives and possibly a graphics card but all are for desktops if that helps. I have researched ways to connect these externally and have come up with close to nothing. thanks
