Upgrade My DELL Inspiron 2650,???

Hi! I've had this laptop for about 2 years,the hard drive is 30GB. 256 RAM, and Intel P4 1.8Mhz. My Problem is the more involved I become in the whole Internet thing the slower my machine is getting. I have recently purchased the ZoneAlarm Internet Suite and that has helped But not enough, Can any of you Guys help me? JohnB.

Defrag your drive. Check your msconfig for start up and services; remove things you don't use/need.
