But even I, a XP Pro owner/user will not say this is a good move. With XP comes many new issues such as the need for updated firewalls, antivirus, a pot load of RAM, drivers for your machine parts, maybe a BIOS update and more work.
It might not be trivial.

My son's at college with a decent computer running Win/ME (AMD 2400+, 480MB RAM) The IT office will loan him the XP disc and send a tech to the dorm if need be. I can't get him to move on it over the phone. It's a good deal, no? What are the main benefits?
