Updating Profiles

I recently changed my ISP from AOL to Adelphia.
Made the change into CNET member last September.
Now my profile reads the same as I changed ISP and the email address. Member since Sept. 2005.
My profile has not been updated because in reality, I am a new member with a new email address.
My member password is still the same.
Anyone else have the problem with changing email addresses and updating your profile to reflect an update on your profile and , or number of posts?
