Go here http://www.crucial.com/ and input your computer information. It'll tell you the type of RAM and how much you can add.
As far as the graphic card is concerned, there are about a gazillion options. The simplest will be a PCI slot card. Next up is an AGP slot card. Your choice. Prices run from about fifty bucks to over a thousand. A general rule will be to find one with 256 Meg of memory, then find one in your budget.
