Is there a quick and easy message to update all of the assorted drivers on my computer?

Yes. Have someone else do it.

I have seen programs and even web links that claim they will do this....but for how long and at what cost, I don't know. Personally, I consider them as potential "spyware" and would never go there. In this case, I think a manual stick shift is better than an automatic transmission.

Second thought. Don't fix what's not broken.

There is no need to update drivers if the machine works well.

Nothing in your post notes an issue, but updating drivers is a great way to learn more about PCs and XP than you ever expected.
