I would like to update the drivers on my Gigabyte motherboard, but had some questions.
Since the chipset driver is supposed to be installed before anything else does updating it screw up that order and cause problems. It would seem the wizard will uninstall the old ones and reinstall the new ones, and since other drivers are already installed the chipset will no longer be first.
Also the RAID drivers are supposed to be installed prior to loading Windows. Can you update these drivers or do you have to reload Windows to get the new drivers?
I'm having a few quirky problems, so I'm just thinking updating the drivers may get rid of them.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
