I'm not sure what they added this afternoon Donna but I already downloaded the October 29th new definitions this morning and I just ran it again a few minutes ago and there were more so I'm assuming they they revised something since this morning, possibly for yet another Beagle variant but that is a guess. All I know is that they added something within the last hour or two even though it is showing the same at the website as this morning.

I still don't know exactly what they changed since this morning's update Donna but on Symantec's main page, they finally changed the version and the sequence number and the revision number to the same as the intelligent updater. This is the newest.

Hi Roddy,

The page where they usually published what has been added/removed or changed is here

As of this writing, additions or changes for the Oct. 29 (2nd one) updates doesn't show in the said page. Maybe later? Grin

Yes Donna, I had found that on my last post, Norton just hadn't updated the other page when I made my first post. The second update they did today didn't have any new definitons from this morning's update, this is what I found the second time. I've seen them do this many times before, even on Wednesdays which is their normal day. they will make a revision a few hours later.
This is what they did the second time today.

(This release contains modifications to existing detections, but no new detections.)

Thanks Donna.
