Redo? Does anyone have an explanation?
by steve11375 / February 13, 2006 5:45 AM PST

Hey Roddy or anyone,

Why does A-Squared keep doing these "Redo's" back to definitions from like last year even? Scares me a little when things have to get re-done, is it me, what am I missing? BTW the product seems to scan much faster with the newest scan engine, has anyone noticed that?

Thanks as always,

In reply to: Hi Steve

Not 100% sure that discussion answered all my fears about the "Redo's" but it's a good answer, Glen I also agree with you, I personally like A-Squared, just going back in time for whatever reason doesn't make me think I'm going forward.

No explanation but sure is annoying! :(
by glenn30 / February 13, 2006 6:42 AM PST

Over & over & over! I have not downloaded the latest one... thought would wait until tomorrow or later today and catch the latest one. Last time I scanned I didn't notice any change in the time it took to complete... but then again I have not tried the latest update. Better days ahead... I hope. Wink

d/l and ran.

the only thing I find is that there is no icon running in the Systray.

Realize it is BETA and hoping they fix this issue.

Is it offering real time protection like MSAS?
