If you are getting the message "Your account does not have any computers assigned to it" this usually means your computer is listed under another email address you may have registered with CNET. We will need you computer name and any other email addresses you may have used with CNET.
We can most easily assist you with this issue if you open a support ticket by doing the following:
1. Go to http://cnet.custhelp.com
2. Click on the "E-mail Support" tab and fill out the necessary information.
3. Under 'Category:' choose "CNET TechTracker" and then "TechTracker General"
4. Submit your information to us! Be sure to follow through to the confirmation page.

the tech tracker on my desk top says that there are updates needed, but when i go to my tech tracker home page it says that there is no software installed and to download tech tracker, which i did, twice.
