Update Manager

How do I access the Update Manager in Vista, where I can change where (as in web address) that programs update to? My AVG installation isn't update properly because apparently it's updating to the wrong URL. Any ideas?

For Free AVG 8.5 I did this.

1. Downloaded the latest from Grisoft.
2. Uninstalled the current version on my pc. NOTE: This step does fail from time to time. Continue to step 3.
3. Install the new version obtained in step 1.

That fixed it here (and many other places.)
