Question

Update KB3081438

by whitty / August 16, 2015 3:26 PM PDT

This update came out I think Friday and when it is installed on my Windows 10 laptop the screen just goes to gray and black lines and you can barely make out enough on the screen shut it down. I restart and uninstall the update and its ok till it checks for updates and then it is installed again and the same thing happens again. Any help would be appreciated.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
