Update Help .. ??

Hey There People !!

Firstly, A Very GOOD DAY To You Happy !!

Today when I tried to upgrade by HP dv6-1235ee Laptop from Windows Vista (32-bit) to Windows 7 Ultimate, during the compatibility check, the following report came up and I was hoping someone could explain it out to me in simple terms cause I am not exactly a techie Plain

"Upgrading Windows will affect the following devices and/or programs: These devices might not work properly after the upgrade. Before upgrading, we recommend updating the drivers for these devices. Cancel the upgrade, open Control Panel and search for "update device drivers", or go to the device manufacturer's website to search for updated drivers.

Keyboard Filter" Confused

What's A Keyboard Filter Confused WHAT EXACTLY AM I SUPPOSED TO DO .. Search For An Driver Update ??

Uninstall The QuickLaunch Buttons Software

...The keyboard filter is part of the HP QuickLaunch software which operates on your keyboard.. So, you should be able to uninstall the QuickLaunch software, then run the upgrade, then visit the HP site and install the latest QuickLaunch software afterwards.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
