i just got a 2ghtz mac book. It is fantastic but whenever I start it, imovie HD starts. It isn't that big of a deal but I want it to stop. Any suggestions?

go to the account pane, select your name and you should see a list of programs that start at logon, for you.

Remove the checkmark next to iDVD. iDVD should not be a start up item.

select the line with iDVD on it and hit the - (minus) button and it will be deleted.
Only from the startup items though, not from the entire machine
