Thanks for your message. But just so you know: if you want Samsung support, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for Switzerland. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) I'll chip in one idea, though. In the US, Samsung TVs don't have a channel guide feature; I suspect that other countries aren't dissimilar, so you may want to look at your STB for that function. Hope this helps you!
