Untrue 1-star fake reviews by competitors

by eff81 / July 11, 2014 9:24 PM PDT

Hi everybody,

this question goes to other software authors, who have their software listed on CNET.

Does somebody else has huge problems with annoying
competitors who make fake reviews?

such reviews are usually made by competitors, who try to sell even the most primitive software.

Why is this fake-review scam so common?

No matter how often I flag them, they never get removed.
I never get a reply to my questions.

Why don't you(Cnet) remove 1-star spam advertisements?

This rating system urgently needs an update.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
