Clarification Request
Hi there,

I apologize for your troubles with unsubscribing from our newsletters.

I just looked into your CNET account and it doesn't look like you are subscribed to any CNET newsletters.

When you unsubscribed from the CNET newsletters, did you unsubscribe from your CNET profile page or was it directly from the Cheapskate deals newsletter?

Also when was the last time your received a Cheapskate deals newsletter?

Let me know and I will communicate this to our newsletter team and hopefully figure out what went wrong.

Thanks for the help.
-Lee
