Question

Unstable Wi-Fi Connection

Mar 29, 2018 1:02AM PDT

Dears,

My Wi-Fi connection is being connected/disconnected frequently, it's not stable at all. When I connect to my WI-Fi network with my mobile, the connection success and after one second becomes disconnected, and then automatically do connection/disconnection. Please can anyone of you help me with it?

I have Huawei HG8245h PPPoE connection.
I don't have Wi-Fi band interference.

Are there many other devices within the same Wifi Network ?
This may be the cause due to the interference

For all unstable connections a reconnection is the first check.

Given, your Wifi connection to your mobile is frequently disconnecting and reconnecting, it is important to take note of Wifi connectivity to other devices you are using Wifi with. If other Wifi connections have Sync issues(disconnects and reconnects), a wired Ethernet connection needs to be tested for stable connectivity in order to determine if the modem/router or line may be causing the disconnects. However, a reboot of your modem/router with a 30 seconds delay for a complete reboot to occur. The location of the Huawei modem or router should not be too distant from other devices using it's Wifi for Internet access. Your ISP would be able to test your modem and line for you if frequent disconnects and reconnects still are present after rebooting your modem and ensuring it is not too far from connected computers and mobiles.
