Unrecoverable Error

Every time I Try to install SouthWest Airlines "DING" program I get this error..."unrecoverable Error:Unable to load "Ding" configuration files.

How is DING related to Storage.

Maybe we can get the connection to the error if you can tell how this is storage related.

The solution to this error is simple:

There is a folder that contains the data for Ding after uninstalling it . Simply delete the whole folder. It?s a folder titled ?Southwest Airlines? that is under ?Documents and Settings\Application Data?

Then reinstall Ding!
