Unread Calendar Event in Outlook 2003

Aug 5, 2004 6:05AM PDT

I have an unread calendar event that I can't find. If I right click on the calendar folder and click mark all as read it still shows (1) as unread. I have downloaded all service packs and fixes. There must be something wrong with the .pst file, but I don't know how to fix it as it is on our exchange server. I have also searched for unread calendar events and it shows no unread events.

Please help!!

Credit the following. Not my answer.

"Go to your calendar, switch your view to "By Category" then press CTRL+A to
select all, right-click and choose "Mark as Read".

No luck!

Still see 1 unread event.

Are you sure it's a calendar item and not XP's (the OS) email count?

Since that didn't fix it, time to have your IT call Microsoft on it.

All patches installed?
Aug 5, 2004 7:03AM PDT

Exchange Server, the OSes of both server and client and Outlook have patches we install after it's all installed.

It's rather tedious, but these must be uptodate before the call.
