Unplayable games

by Raymondo47 / December 13, 2008 6:28 AM PST

Hi all I wonder if you can help me. I have been buying games for a few years now but recently I have found that when I install a game it goes through the install process and then when I come to play it I get a message that says there is a problem with the game exe, generates a report of which to me might as well be written in dutch, and then wont let me play. I have played these games before and have had no prob. And the games are all legal!!!!
I have even re-installed windows but to no avail. (And XP is pukka to!)
I know this is all pretty vague but here is my sys info.

P4 2.8ghx
1 gig of ram
geoforce 7200 agp graphics card 512mb on board
soundblaster audigy 4

If anybody has any advice could they please please help

Kind Regards
