UNLOCKER v1.7.4 - interesting tool

It has many other flavors:

Cannot delete file: Access is denied
There has been a sharing violation.
The source or destination file may be in use.
The file is in use by another program or user.
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.

I read the write up.
What is your opine?
Good stuff to have or not?
Many the time I'd like to delete some file and it gives me the "can't do it, bucko!" bit.

What problems should one expect if you DO use it and delete a file "in use"?

first there by enabling delete or rename. I have had in My Docs since last November for a "just in case needed" which has not arose. Almost needed to delete WMFFix11.exe
from my USB storage (so as to replace w/WMFFix14.exe.) as 1st delete was refused but just tried a second time immediately after and it deleted ok. It's still a virgin here. Normally would only plan to use if all else failed(particularly in case of baddies).Glad I have! Happy

that was in the SWI newsletter a month or so ago. He had "WhoLockMe" in one newsletter and the next week he had a different one (This one I think) that he said was even better. I already had downloaded the WhoLockMe one so I kept that.

I read of another version that ran in ''silent mode'' and I wanted to make sure I didn't d/l it. (I've been debating Process Explorer for a very long time.. and I'm now thinking.. if I'm going to ''take the leap''.. I may as well do it with this)
