Pepe is absolutely correct, just need to enter the data/msg settings in your phone.

MMS will not work without the correct data settings. After you have finished, everything should work just fine. Best of success.

i was able to get to the settings...but these are my options under browser:
set name
access name
auth type
user id
password
protocol
home url
gateway address
secure connection
linger time

& then under advanced i can check a static IP box and give a local phone IP or i can check a static DNS box and fill out server 1 and server 2. i also have a traffic class option.

----------------------------------
under MMS my options are:

set name
access name
auth type
user id
password
protocol
home url
proxy address
port
linger time

i have the same advanced tab as the internet one. can someone help me fill out those bc some of the options you gave me might be named different or i just don't have it.

You could visit the Samsung sub-forum @ howardforums.com to get more granular help. Sorry I'm not as familiar with Samsung handsets as I am with other brands. Here's a link where you can post the same question-

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
