....unless sold directly by Verizon it may not have the pre-installed features required to make it work. Not likely there is anything you or Verizon can do to change that. To be certain, contact Verizon CS and ask to speak with the next level of technical support as they would be your best bet.
I purchased an unlocked G7 that was said to be compatible with both GSM and CDMA networks. I placed my Verizon SIM card in the G7 and I see that it reads it and provides me with 4G LTE access. The problem occurs when I try to use data while on a phone call. I’ve gone down the rabbit hole of trying to alter the APN settings but still not getting it to work correctly. If someone could help me, I would greatly appreciate it. You would be a lifesaver! I am open to displaying screen captures or doing a virtual call to get this issue resolved.
