This is one example of several that started on March 07, 09'. I have not requested any remote assistance. I have tried to disable remote assistance back on Jan 01, 09', due to various problems that seemed related to "messenger", and a possible security breach. (I can provide more information regarding this if necessary). I am not running any IM service, and am using Live Mail for e-mail. In fact I have been acitvely trying to remove any trace of Messenger since Jan 01, 09'. I am using NIS 09' security software currently. I was using N360 at the time of events. No threat has been identified by either security suite. Since the clean-up performed on Jan 01, 09', my computer has significantly sped-up, and reliability issues have become less frequent. I performed the clean up in an ad-hoc fashion ( I am no expert), but the computer is overall running much better. I tried Google to get more information concerning this, but was unsucessful. I would really appreciate any help or information.
Thanks...David
