Sure

First step with your internet problem; Identify the problem.

Next step with your internet problem; Contact the Service Provider to report the problem and ask them to fix it.

By the way, no need to tell us who you are, and no need to tell us who you work for.

Good luck.

I thought that Unitel Online was an ISP; for me it seems a good name for a provider. But now I understand that you, as a UK inhabitant, knew otherwise: it's a internet marketing and advertising company in the UK, so it's his employer indeed.

I had to laugh when I read what they say about themselves on Twitter (according to a google search on the company name): " UK's leading web, phone and broadband specialists". And they can't even solve their own broadband issue!
Even worse: they make a very amateurish looking post here, even in very bad English language. Would you ever consult them if you had a web, phone or broadband problem?

I have to admit

that I barely looked at the company name. I just saw where he said he is "working with Unitel Direct company from last 4 years".

I find it sad that a British company shows how badly our written English language is being taught at schools nowadays. It is almost as if the OP was/is non-British, but clearly George Carter is an established English name and is, in fact, the same name as a very famous English character in a 1970's detective series called The Sweeney, played by the actor Dennis Waterman.

When I searched Unitel Online I only got Spanish sites for Bolivia! But searching Unitel Direct got me to their .co.uk web site. Strangely not rated by WOT yet. There are 2 user reviews, but they look a little suspicious to me. The company must be new. And yet, to say of themselves "Unitel Direct, the UK's leading web, phone and broadband specialists", is a bold statement for a company so relatively unknown.

I agree with you. All in all, a confusing post. I have to wonder if he will respond.

The first thing to do with Internet problems is telling the details to the Customer Services of the provider.

If the symptoms are such that it's clearly an issue on issue on your Mac/PC/laptop/tablet/phone/chromebook (you didn't tell waht you use) they'll surely say that (and sometimes they even say it when it's their own issue).
So it's clearly a good idea to see if your issue is limited to the device you currently use or happens on all other devices using the same connection.

Once you determined it's an issue on your device only, post again with all details about the issue.
