Flipper,
There are two locations that might contain the correct uninstall instructions. First, try the "Start-All Programs-PhotoImpression(Mine says "Arcsoft PhotoImpression)-Uninstall" link. If that doesn't get it, click on 'Start-Control Panel, then double click on the "Add/Remove Programs" icon. When that loads, search for the "PhotoImpression" lising there, click on it once to highlight it, then click on the "Add/Remove" button.
If the program still won't uninstall, then your best bet would be to reinstall the software, which should place the correct "uninstall" file on the computer. (Sometimes, the program can actually be "uninstalled" from the CD. Check for this option when you attempt to reinstall.)
Hope this helps.

I have an IBM Thinkpad issued to me by my university that uses Windows XP home edition. I installed PhotoImpression 2000 in order to retrieve photos off a digital camera. Now I want to get rid of the program but when i click on the uninstall option, a window pops up saying that uninstall shield is unable to find the file. How do i get this program off my computer????
