if there is no ways to resolve, i'm thinking about starting my computer from scratch, which means everything gone on the harddrives, starting fresh.
but what is the best way to unstall the window and clean up the hard drive?
and how do i install the window back (my window was helped by a shop to set up). i've got backups of everything already, so it's okay to start from scratch.
so pls, can someone help me.
