Question

Uninstalled netintelligence now cant use internet.

Feb 22, 2016 2:28PM PST

Hey i just bought a laptop and after browing the internet i realised that netintelligence was blocking me from viewing certain websites.

Due to this i tried to uninstall it, this required a password (on netintelligence) which i do not have.

I then used an uninstall program to uninstall netintelligence which was succesfull.

However now i cannot use any program that requires an internet connection such as Internet explorer, Firefox and Battle.net.

It shows that i am connected to an internet network but does not let me use it.

The full uninstall procedures are listed in the link below. The biggest help for you might be in resetting the "winsock" instructions toward the bottom. (Run "netsh winsock reset" from a command prompt, then a restart. It might get you back on the internet.

Hope this helps.
