Many programs today try to add toolbars as a default install. My suggestion would be to uninstall Real Player and when reinstalling uncheck the install toolbar option.
I have Real Player but without the toolbar option.
My wife installed (I'll blame her) Real Player, ... bundled with it came google toolbar and google desktop.
I've uninstalled them but now I'm STILL left with a blody bar right above my regular ie bar.
It has the little blue e on the left and reads Google - Microsoft Internet Explorer when I open it.
Whatever I type in the google search box...will apear in this bar.
There's nothing in add/remouve programs.
I looked in the Real Player Properties.
Ran my AV and spyware progrmas.
Shure would apreciate if anyone knew how to get rid of this blasted thing?
