Uninstall Vista and install XP to Inspirion Notebook

I have an Dell Inspirion Notebook that had a virus recently and the Laptop shutdown.
My Daughter managed to get it going again. Instead of XP being loaded back on she loaded Vista.
The Laptop is functioning but I have no sound and unable to load my Photoshop program back on.
I've tried rebooting the factory settings and that did not work and I don't have any setup disks.

I read your post and it appears you don't have any setup disks. The first step is to order those.
