If there is no Uninstall app inside the program's Folder, just drag the program folder to the trash.
If you want to fully clean up after you have deleted it, go to your folder (Home) and check the Library for any mention of the app.
Ditto the system library folder (Root of HD). Check the Preferences folder of each library. Also check Application Data folder.
Generally, just trashing the app is sufficient

In OS X Tiger, how does one go about uninstalling an application? In Windows there's the "add and remove programs" list that will remove software; is there an equivalent utility in OS X? I know I can drag and drop a programs icon into the trash can, but how can I make sure I remove every last little file, read me, and log that's associated with the program?
