uniblue speedupmypc 2009

I downloaded this from the internet and the installware wizard just keeps running and running and I can't turn off the computer. It is not listed in the programs list or in the add/remove list. Can I just turn the computer off on the modem or will this mess things up? Running xp. I know I'm probably an idiot for downloading this program in the first place, but please help. Thanks, Gwen

Sorry but I'm not a fan of these programs. Hope you have a plan if it goes south.

Can you end task this thing?

Are you sure in Task Manager you checked show all users?
