It's meaner all over the country these days

This morning's news in sleepy Columbus, Ohio is that a mother and her two young daughters were found knifed to death by an ex boyfriend. Guns are the primary weapon used in murder and knives are next. Guns account for 60-70% of deaths so what about the other 30-40? The problem isn't guns but violent behavior by humans.

The stabbing death story here gets worse
Jan 13, 2016 3:58AM PST

It seems that the killer had been serving a sentence for dealing in cocaine but was given an early release due to the new federal guidelines involving non-violent crimes. I'm expect the relatives of the deceased are not applauding the move to turn these people loose. This was a very troubling and mixed up story involving five people (two were children) with none of them having the same last name. What the heck is happening to people these days? Sad
