Unethical business practices by Samsung Middle east

we had many problems with availability of toners, spare parts and service providers for Samsung printers in United Arab Emirates and shared the same with Samsung Head Office in UAE where we shocked that Samsung has forward all confidential information and details sent to them with one of their distributor which breaks any business ethical. please provide us any contact details where we can share our complain with supported documents.
