Question

Undoing changes made to your computer

Aug 2, 2019 8:25AM PDT

While upgrading from 1809 to 1903, battery of my tablet went down and tablet off
When I turned the tablet on again, the booting went on up to windows loading, then a flash and a black screen on which first appears briefly "trying to recover installation ..." And then "undoing changes made to your computer ..." Goes on for 1 or 2 minutes and then the tablet reboots like that in a loop for a Max that I measured of a whole night
So, how can I get back to a complete Windows functionality? Thank you very much

Answer
Too common for 32GB storage models.

As to how to fix, you have to usually do a factory recovery. This varies with the model. Some don't have this implemented (really cheap W10 tablets) so we are back to the maker on how to recover.

Please folk, do not omit make and model details.

Please help me on how to perform a factory recover, if it's the only solution, thank you

I can't do that.

The factory recovery is specific to each maker. You must ask them or try what you find on google.

120 buck tablet but wonderful form factor
Aug 4, 2019 3:49AM PDT

The lovely thing of this tablet is it's 8" screen, perfect for movie watch, and most of all to update Excel files, write emails etc, as you can write with thumbs while keeping the tablet in your hands
The Truth
If I could buy a 250usd tablet like my 10" cube i7 work, i.e. core m3, 64gb, 4gb but with an 8" form factor, I'd happy to spend another 250 bucks
Portability and handle of the 8" is wonderful

some sort of hybrid OS installation?

Sure don't like their ROM bios description. Looks to me they have it locked down tight against being used other than what they want for it. Only a mini-USB. Are they using Android as the base system with Windows installed on top of that, such as in some virtual sandbox? Not something I'd want to spend my time on, unless I was really bored and looking to be frustrated.

If all else fails, maybe...

Impossible to enter Safemode

I tried several times
The only way is to reboot 3 times, but Safemode does not start and loop goes on instead

Answer
Jumper Ezpad Mini 5 I WILL TRY THIS
Aug 4, 2019 4:29AM PDT

I'm presently in Africa for my charity project for poor children
When I get back to italia, I will have keyboard, mouse, USB hub
1 create a USB drive with bootable Windows
2 connect both keyboard and bootable USB drive to the tablet microusb port through the USB hub
3 change the boot drive from the internal ssd to the TF card reader or the USB port
4 see if I can boot windows
5 try to reinstall Windows on internal memory
What do you think?

That sounds like the method shared in a link.

Why not do that?
