Never MOVE files you can't lose. Especially when the move is across drives.
The best thing to do is to stop using the PC and remove the HDD for use in another PC and on that other PC use RECUVA to see if it can find the lost files.
Only those new to data recovery will suggest continued PC use without the STOP RIGHT THERE comment.
what i did was i moved some pictures form my phone that was connected via usb, to a newly created folder on my laptop. then i pressed undo and the pictures ended up disappearing from the newly created folder but also not appearing on their old location which was a folder on my phone. i hit undo again cos i panicked and the act of creating the new folder also was undone. then i clicked Redo and the folder eneded up being created again but named only as New Folder. and there were no more redo levels able. what do i do? are the pictures somewhere in a temp folder somewhere or are they completely lost. i am using an android phone and windows 10 on my laptop. Please help.
