Unblock the Firewall? Is it safe?

To upload files to a web site,I'm using Windows Explorer to create a connection to the web site.

To make the connection with the web site, Windows gives me a security dialog asking if I want to Keep Blocking or Unblock access to the Firewall.

Is it safe to unblock the Firewall in this instance?

..you're only doing it for short periods of time, then allow it..Only YOU can decide if you trust the site. In addition, you should be able to allow access to ONLY that site's uploading program.

Still, unless you allow access to the site's upload process, you probably won't be able to use the site effectively. It's your choice.
