Hi guys, I need help fixing a computer error.
When I click new folder button at top of Windows Explorer, nothing shows up. (new folder not showing).
It's there, but not visually, because when you hit the back button up the top next to new folder button and then go forward back to where you were, it appears. Same situation when I try to rename it,  type new name for the folder, hit enter, and it reverts back to 'New Folder'. But it has been renamed, it just doesn't show until I 'refresh' the folder.

Sometimes I also get this error

I can't guess why this happens to you but some CD/DVD or ISO mounters do this. It's not a Windows bug at least.
