Unable tolog in to Yahoo for a few days

I can't log in to My Yahoo for the last days. I can log in to my Yahoo mail account, however. Anyone having this problem or aware of what the cause is?

I recommend you to try the following list of troubleshooting tips:

1) Make sure your browser is set to "Accept All Cookies."
2) Clear your browser history and cache.
3) Make sure you have JavaScript enabled in your browser.
4) Make sure any Anti-Virus software and security software are disabled temporarily when you try go back to My yahoo login.
5) Zone Alarm blocks cookies and advertisements automatically. I suggest that you should adjust your settings in Zone Alarm if it is installed on your system.
6) Close the browser.

You can also try logging in from http://my.yahoo.com/. This page may let you log in where others won't.

Still problem persists please send us the operating system and browser version you are using in order to assist properly.

Same here. However, I was using Opera and there is the odd site with which one has difficulty using Opera. I switched to IE, but couldn't log in there either.

Then I went back to my old Netscape 4.7, and it logged in with no trouble.

I'll just wait a while and see what develops. I rarely use the Yahoo mail. It is usually only used for forum registrations.

I have Yahoo as my home page also as an e-mail account, the only time I have had any problems was after I updated my ZA to v5 as soon as I went back to ZA v4.5 all my problems went away and my PC is working fine.Don't know if this is your problem,but Yahoo has been working good for me.

Thanks, Larry. I just use Yahoo for an alternative e-mail address and I haven't upgraded ZA as, at the time the newer version came out, I read here that many were having problems, so I stayed with the older version.

I'll just let it be for the time being and see what develops. Making any changes to anything is where I always get myself into trouble. Happy

I had the same problem for days. I was told to download the new Yahoo Messenger, it works great now.

It isn't Yahoo Messenger that I have. It is my web based e-mail to which I was referring. The Messenger that I reluctantly use is MSN.

I guess the problem exists with me as well..I think its because thay are moving to a better server for the 100mb space Yahoo! email users have since 15 June..You should be able to log in now..Or, alternetively, use Netscape or MS Outlook or any email program to read your emails.Happy
