This may not be much of an answer but I am hoping that some people may start to take notice and come up with suggestions.

You are luckier than I am; I bought that program two months ago and I cannot use it all except to send an endless string of error messages to Microsoft.
I tried all the options: the classic mode, the drag & drop, nothing will work.
Trying to get help from tech. support is a lost cause. All one gets is the usual email that no-one reads nor respond to. I may call for $35.00, but I also may be sent to India or Africa, which are both a waste of time and money and potentially hazardous to the health of my hard drive.
I wish someone would start a blacklist of all the manufacturers who make us pay for useless outsourced tech support. Perhaps I will.
