As long as your user has admin rights, download the IE7 full installer from the link below, then simply reinstall it over the top of your previous version. It may give you options to "repair" or "remove" for which you would choose "repair". .If it does not give you those options, it should reinstall IE 7 and fix such issues.

I'm not able to view any http pages with IE7, although I can view https just fine. I'm currently using Mozilla Firefox to access web pages and am having no problems. Also my wife has an user account on the same computer and she is not having the same issue, only on my user account. My operating system is XP sp3. Please help.
