Unable to use keyboard

Keyboard stopped working. Tried four other kebrds; usb and ps/2.
Tried three restore points prior to problems. Didn't help.
TIA for any help.

BAS13's answer is the usual for that one. The times I've run into this is when people install mouse and/or keyboard drivers. Hint: Don't.
