Unable to uninstall Printmaster gold 12

I am trying to uninstall Print Master Gold 12 which I installed because a friend gave it to me.It's an old program. It is not as good as the American Greetings CreataCard Platinum 7 that I have currently on my computer, so I am trying to uninstall PrintMaster in Add and Remove Programs. When I hit remove, it acts like it's going to remove it, but in the end nothing happens. They are both Broderbund products and some of the graphics etc. are the same in each. I've tried over and over, shut the computer down and started again and still no luck. I tried to uninstall CreateaCArd thinking that might help to get rid of Printmaster, but in that transaction, I get the message that that program is already installed........I'm trying to uninstall. Then, that function locks up and is not responding. This happens each time I try to uninstall CreateaCard. I am using XP with IE browser. Thanks for any help.

I was nervous about trying the Revo Uninstaller so First I went to the C: drive, found Broderbund, deleted the Printmaster file and dumped it from the Recycle Bin. That still had no effect in uninstalling. A friend suggested doing a System Restore. I then did the System Restore and voila! no more Printmaster in add and remove. I will now throw away that program so no one else has to deal with it. Thank you very much for your help.
