Question

Unable to reset date and time on Traveler Digital.

In order to reset the date and time on my Traveler digital, I'm told to switch from the "A" (automatic) setting to the Greyhound setting, then click Menu. When I click Menu, the "A" setting still appears in the display, rather than a new Date/Time option.

Is this a problem that can be easily corrected, perhaps by doing some sort of factory reset? THANKS.

I have never heard of a Traveler Digital camera.
Can you provide a manufacturers name and a model number?

Have you tried contacting the place where you bought the camera?

The link is temporarily down but I did call their HELP # 1-800-270-5071 and was told that (a) the Traveler is made specifically for Aldi's; (b) no models are currently in production; (c) the specific problem I described is not something that can be repaired in their repair shops (my model is 6 years old). Fortunately, it still takes perfectly good pictures and I would gladly upgrade to a newer model if one were available.
