I used to be able to select text and check the box that says selection and only what i selected would print. That box is now grayed out ALL the time. How can this be fixed?
my primary printer is a Brother MFC-8670DN wired to ethernet.
Operating system is XP home SP3

Firefox and Chrome, but i did find out that Word 2000 does work.
in Firefox and Chrome, the Selection box is always grayed out.
I know how to print selected text. as i posted, the radio button/check box is grayed out. I reinstalled both firefox and chrome. selection print now works with firefox, but not with chrome. I don't have a very powerful computer (will be getting a macbook pro this summer yay!) which is why I use chrome more than firefox.
