Unable to open the photo folder after "cut & paste"

Oct 29, 2010 7:25PM PDT

Recently I have use the "cut & paste" one of my photo folder and I was unable to open the "paste" folder which shows "Access denied".
Is there any method to retrieve back my photo in that folder? I am using Window XP Pro.

I thought the post was posted by albertpeh.

How many photo folders do you have, and where are they?

If you 'cut' a photo but were unable to 'paste' in the folder of your choice, try pasting to the Desktop.

That will only work if both of the following conditions apply;

1] The system has not been shutdown since you cut the photo, and

2] you have not since cut or copied anything else.

If either of those fails then that cut photo is lost and you will have to rely on your backup.

Thanks for your suggestion, anyway I managed to open the folder by untick "Make this folder private" in the 'Properties'

The advice given was not useful, but the link to a "Photo Supplies" web site was not relevant or helpful at all. We delete spam posts.
