Unable to open Rediffmail in Kaspersky Internet Security

Hi! This is Tushar.
I am using Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0, When I open rediffmail.com and after login, I am not able to go to Inbox. The page which opens looks blank.
I think this sites get blocked. Please tell me how to solve this problem.

What is your OS,it may have a firewall in addition to Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 firewall.

Is your firewall configured to allow rediffmail.com?
