my operating system is windows vista everytime i click to open internet explorer a message pops up saying internet explorer\msimg32.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. You can't uninstall IE, so it's not clear what you did.

Let's start the diagnostics. Go into a command window and type
"\program files\internet explorer\iexplore" + enter
(including the quotes, just copy/paste). What happens?

Now tyoe
"\program files\internet explorer\iexplore -extoff" +enter. What happens now?

It should be:

Look up DEP under "Help and Support", and try following instruction for turning it off specifically for IE.

One of the best French door fridges we've tested

A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
