Unable to log in from new computer

When I try to log into my account from my new laptop, I get a page telling me to look for a confirmation email -- which never arrives. I had to create a new account to post this question. I've been a member for nearly 20 years. The confirmation isn't going into my spam folder either, so it's possible my employer's spam filter is catching it before it gets to me. If someone can contact me at the email address associated with my new account, I can give you the email address associated with the account I can't access. Thanks in advance.

I hope things are going well. I went ahead and manually confirmed your account. Try logging in with your old CNET account now, I'm assuming the account is this one ? Happy

Good to hear from you also. I hope all is good with you. Looks like the fix worked. I posted a question in the Office forum yesterday, which I can delete and repost if you want to kill that account.
